1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UniPrompt mobile application and website (getuniprompt.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

UniPrompt provides an artificial intelligence routing service that allows users to interact with multiple third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI's GPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, DALL-E, and Veo) through a single unified interface.

We do not train or own the underlying language or media generation models. Your prompts are routed securely to the respective third-party APIs based on your requests or our smart-routing algorithms.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Google Sign-In or other provided methods.
  • Subscriptions: We offer monthly subscription tiers (Starter, Creator, Pro) with specific message, image, and video generation limits. Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused messages or images do not roll over.
  • Add-ons and Credits: Video generation credits or add-on packages purchased separately do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your respective app store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use UniPrompt to:

  • Generate, promote, or distribute illegal content, including CSAM.
  • Generate hateful, harassing, or violently explicit content.
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or exploit our routing systems or rate limits.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or unofficial APIs to interact with UniPrompt.

Note: Because we use third-party APIs, your usage is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policies of our partners. Violations of these policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of our third-party AI providers, you retain ownership of the inputs (prompts) you provide and the outputs (text, images, video) generated for you. UniPrompt claims no copyright over the content you generate using our service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Artificial Intelligence is an evolving technology. UniPrompt provides its services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or factual (AI models are known to "hallucinate"). You are solely responsible for verifying any information generated by the app before relying on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniPrompt and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these terms or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those changes.
