When you type a prompt, our system analyzes the complexity of your request. Simple conversational queries might be routed to extremely fast models like Gemini 3 Flash, while complex coding or reasoning tasks are automatically routed to heavyweight models like GPT-5.2 or Claude 4.6 Opus. This ensures you always get the best answer without having to manage models manually.

Q: What happens if I hit my message limit?

If you reach your monthly limit for messages or images, you can easily purchase an Add-on pack directly within the app to tide you over until your billing cycle resets, or you can upgrade to the next subscription tier.

Q: Do Video Credits expire?

No! Video credits purchased via Add-on packs do not expire as long as your UniPrompt account remains active. They will roll over month to month. One credit equals one 8-second Veo clip.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Since subscriptions are handled securely through your device's app store, you can cancel at any time by going to your Apple ID Subscriptions (on iOS) or your Google Play Subscriptions (on Android). You will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
