What exactly is UniPrompt?
UniPrompt is an all-in-one AI router app. Instead of paying $20/month for ChatGPT, $20 for Claude, and $20 for Gemini, you pay one flat subscription fee to access all of them through a single, unified mobile interface.
Which AI models are included?
We currently support text generation via OpenAI (GPT-5.2), Anthropic (Claude 4 Opus & Sonnet), and Google (Gemini 3 Pro & Flash). For images, we route to DALL-E 3, and for video, we use Google's Veo model.
How does "Smart Routing" work?
When you type a prompt, our system evaluates its complexity. Quick conversational queries are routed to ultra-fast models, while complex coding, math, or reasoning tasks are automatically sent to heavyweight models like Claude 4 Opus or GPT-5.2. You can also manually select a model if you prefer.
Limits & Media Generation
What happens if I hit my message limit?
If you reach your monthly limit for messages or images on the Starter or Creator plans, you can easily purchase a one-time Add-on pack directly within the app, or you can upgrade to the next subscription tier.
How do Video Credits work?
Video generation is computationally expensive. One Video Credit allows you to generate one high-quality, 8-second video clip using the Veo model. The Pro plan includes 5 video credits monthly. Additional video credits can be purchased in the app.
Do my Add-on credits expire?
No. Any Add-on credits or Video credits you purchase separately will roll over month-to-month and do not expire as long as your UniPrompt account remains active.
Billing & Privacy
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are securely managed by your device's app store. You can cancel at any time by navigating to your Apple ID Subscriptions (on iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (on Android). You'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Is my data used to train the AI?
We use the enterprise API endpoints for all of our AI partners (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). By default, data submitted through these enterprise APIs is not used to train their public models. Your prompts are kept private and secure.
